Script For A Full Length Feature Film.

Synopsis:

A lonesome 40 year old ex-drug and party king KLAUS, returns to Berlin only to find that the key to his old Kreuzberg flat doesn't work. After an accidental encounter with two Israeli real-estate investors who just acquired the same house, he starts working for them, cleaning up not only his old life, but also the idea of  Berlin Xberg as it used to be in the in the 90’s. JONATHAN, 38. A frustrated Israeli filmmaker who just started his own family, works for the Israeli real estate company, he is traveling back and forth to Berlin to supervise over the renovations. Between Jonathan and Holger, two very different men, a genuine and surprising friendship emerges. But miss trust, conflict of interests, money issues and collision of cultures, end up in a white refurnished new house and an unexpected emotional mess.
